We have a double room available for a short term let, available from 1st September - 27th September 2026. The room is in a 4 bedroom warehouse unit located on Fountayne Road (N15) - a warehouse community between Seven Sisters station (7 mins walk) and Tottenham Hale station (5 mins walk).
Rent for 1 month is £390 and the room is available from now. If you are looking to rent the room for less time we're open to discussion, please message us. The rent includes everything apart from electricity, which is split equally between the flatmates using a pay as you go metre.
The unit is on the first floor of the building and has access to a communal courtyard space pictured. There isn't a full bed frame but there is a mattress.
