Hi! I’m looking for a female university student to take over my room in a shared house while I’m away on a study abroad programme!

The house has two bathrooms, fully furnished living room and kitchen and is shared with friendly female students. The tenancy is through CPS Homes.

-Close to Lidl, Tesco Express, Iceland, and other local shops
-Around 15 minutes’ walk to Albany Road
-Walking distance to the Optometry Building
-Cathays train station nearby
-Bus stop less than a 1-minute walk away
-Bus routes 9, M1, 1 and 1A all stop nearby with great links across the city

Nearby universities/campuses:
-Cardiff University (walkable, close to Students’ Union)
-Cardiff Met – Llandaff & Cyncoed campuses (short bus journey)
-University of South Wales (Cardiff Campus – short bus journey)

Council tax not payable – student-only property (bills included via UniHomes).
