Double Room from June in BS10 7 (bills inc.)

Hi, I’m Artur, 29, living in Henbury (BS10 7). I’ve got a double, spacious room available in my 3-bed house and I’m looking for a new housemate.

The house has plenty of space, including a garage, garden, and parking. It’s in a really convenient spot — Co-op is a 1-minute walk, gym about 5 minutes, and close to Blaise Castle and Cribbs Causeway.

I work a hybrid 9–5 in the city centre. Outside of work I’m into the gym, Hyrox, boxing, and the odd rave. I also like getting away when I can — usually somewhere like Southeast Asia or Ibiza.

I’m looking for a young professional, male or female, no preference. It’s my home, so I take care of it and would want someone who does the same. Nothing over the top — just keep things tidy and clean up after yourself. We’ll share basic responsibilities like bins and general cleaning, and I’m easy enough to agree on how we split things.

Rent is £700 all in (bills included), as long as usage is reasonable.

One thing to mention — my girlfriend is here most weeks. She doesn’t live here officially, but you’ll see her around. We’ve been together a while, pretty laid-back, and it’s never been an issue with my current housemate.
