Double room for rent. Only £100 pw. For a couple £130pw (LE3…). For a tidy person. Room only for a working person. No benefits claim. There is a double bed. All taxes are included, only gas is charged separately, when we turn on the radiators +10 pounds pw more. Plus one week deposit. The room is located on the ground floor. There is a separate entrance. The house is non-smoking, smoking only in the back yard or on the street. The use of incense, electronic cigarettes or scented candles is undesirable due to the risk of fire and for the comfort of other residents. Keeping personal heaters in your room is prohibited. This is a three-bedroom house. There is a second toilet in the back yard. Car parking is free next to the house. I don't answer hidden phone numbers.
