Bedsit type room for rent, all bills included (and wifi), available now (near the racecourse)
Please read the ad carefully and answer these questions if you are interested:

What is your age?
occupation? remote or from workplace and what are your working hours? (this is important for bills and for us to see whether your schedule fits ours, for example we work during the day and prefer someone who works similar hours)
when you want to move in
how long you need it for

Deposit is a months rent (to be returned in full when you leave, unless you cause major damages)
(6 month contract minimum)

This is a bedsit type room! 4.22m x 2.92m
Which means there is no communal kitchen or living-room!
Each room is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hobs, microwave, and kettle

The sink is NOT in the room
There is a wash room with a washing machine, where you can wash your dishes
This is also the shower room. Please take a good look at the photo where the washing machine is because this is where you will be washing your pots!

This is obviously not for everyone but if you are like me and you prefer privacy over use of a shared kitchen, then you will like it.

It has a built in wardrobe
Free parking in the area (on side of road or you can buy a permit for off road for £2 per week)
Communal garden included.

frequent bus routes running 24/7
(routes 1, N1, 2, 22 etc)

The area is a quiet residential one with lovely views and walks close by.

according to google:
Brighton general hospital is a 10 min walk away (there is a back route via a sidewalk)
The level is 25 min walk
Brighton Marina is 30 min walk
The pier is 40 mins walk

Staying with 2 quiet respectful lodgers who work a lot as a nurse and a psychologist (this is not a party house).

I do not want the home environment to be disrupted so I am looking for someone who is quiet and respectful
It is very important that you keep your area and communal areas clean.
