The bedroom is located on the first floor and is fully furnished with double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and a built in cupboard. The house further comprises of 3 other bedrooms (two upstairs & one downstairs), kitchen, small living room, bathroom, separate toilet and a storage room.

There is a front and back garden (maintained by a gardener on a monthly basis). Parking is available on street, free of charge (one space).

The house is located within a short walking distance to Southmead Hospital, local shops, gym and bus stops.

There are 3 other females living in the property. About the household:

The house is in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. We’re a diverse household with Apurva from India, Mabel from Uganda, and Anna from the Philippines.

Apurva is an architect who works in Bath and lives in Bristol. She enjoys the gym, yoga (she’s also a yoga teacher), painting, and staying active.
Mabel is an aeronautical engineer and loves outdoor cycling. She and Apurva often work from home 2–3 days a week.
Anna works for the NHS, is a scuba diver, and enjoys the outdoors as well.

We keep a peaceful home, so we’re mindful about noise and avoid anything too loud especially in the communal areas. We aim to keep things quiet after 11.30pm so everyone can unwind and rest, as we’re all working professionals.

We’re looking for someone who values a tidy, respectful, and calm environment. We follow a weekly cleaning rota and would appreciate someone who’s equally responsible. We’re friendly and sociable and would love to welcome someone who enjoys a clean and peaceful household.
