A decent sized comfortable double room with good facilities overlooking the garden. The room is well appointed for a single professional person. The rent includes all the utilities including wifi and smart tv to tune into your own accounts. This is in a shared shared house with two bathrooms, one including a walk in shower and both having a bath. The house is near to Tolworth Broadway in KT6 which has lots of useful shops and great transport links. It is a clean, tidy house which is regularly cleaned and has toilet rolls etc. We are looking for a single professional person who is able to get along with others and cleans up after themself. The house is homely and large so often you don't even notice others are there. We are fairly quiet and everyone does their own thing but we are friendly and do occasionally have a BBQ in the garden.
