Comfortable, large, well equipped double room with plenty of storage (two wardrobes) for single professional. Room is in shared house with two bathrooms and kitchen. In a convenient location close to Tolworth Broadway KT6 with really good transport links and plenty of shops. The rent includes all utility bills including wifi and smart tv which can be connected to your own accounts. We are looking for a clean and tidy person who cleans up after themselves and is able to get along with others. We do have regular cleaning in the house as well and it is usually clean and has toilet rolls etc. It is a large homely house and often you don't even notice others are around. We are generally pretty quiet but do occasionally have a BBQ in the garden.
