- Living Space: Shared kitchen and bathroom (unusually clean and spacious, with a great high-pressure shower and bath). **Please note: There is no shared lounge.**

- Outside: Lovely two-tier garden with courtyard and lawn (complete with outdoor power point). Great for sitting in the sun, working, or going outside for a cigarette.


HOUSEHOLD & VIBE

You’ll be sharing with a very young-at-heart middle-aged female (spiritual, into personal development, digital business, swimming, dancing, crafting, and dogs) plus one other. I tend to get on best with young-at-heart, open-minded people and prefer a friendly, peaceful household energy.

I'm a smoker, and smokers are welcome (tobacco only, outside in the garden).

The flat is laid out with the kitchen and bathroom separating the bedrooms, giving everyone plenty of privacy and keeping things quiet.

This is a quiet, relaxed home to recharge your batteries—not a party house. It suits someone who goes out to socialize, keeps things low-key at home, and takes responsibility for keeping shared spaces clean and tidy.
