Bright ensuite room in modern flat

We have one room available in our Hackney Wick flat (Bagel Factory), for a month over the Christmas period - 7th December until 24th January (we are quite flexible with the starting date, it could be between the 7th and the 12th).

The room is super light with faux industrial windows spanning the whole exterior wall, and comes with its own en suite. We have a cute balcony, and there is a shared garden on the roof. There’s a bike storage in the building and a concierge and gym around the corner. The price is £360 per week, which is inclusive of bills.
The place is 2 minutes away from Hackney Wick station, and bus stops 276 and 488 are close by.

We’re a creative bunch: I’m an artist and fashion designer, Josh is a furniture designer, and Conor is a furniture maker. We are quite busy with work and uni at the moment, so the house is generally empty during the day, but we love good food, a pint in a pub, gigs and raves, and a good board game now and then.
