House never crowded, never noisy, never dirty. Three bathrooms and one extra toilet (you will NEVER have to queue). Your own food cupboard and shelf in one of the kitchen's two fridge-freezers.

Or move to another room in the same house when available.

No long-contract commitment required. You can give a month's notice at any time or just take it for a set period.

There are no resident couples. The very large house (four floors) with no more than two people on each floor, never feels crowded (several people are hardly ever around).

Beautiful and roomy Victorian house (extra storage space available). Just two stops (Piccadilly line/Victoria Line/Northern line) from Kings Cross/Eurostar. Very quiet, tree-lined road, but very close to all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets (including Waitrose), bars, shops, markets, pubs, coffee bars, cinema, etc.

Very large open-plan kitchen-diner-lounge (with 42-inch HD TV) with attached conservatory. Housemates are very friendly (Dutch, Romanian-Italian, English, Australian). All professionals. Mainly in twenties and thirties. All modern conveniences: central heating, washing machine, and fan drier (plus very large drying/airing room), normal oven (fan-assisted), microwave oven, 2 halogen ovens, air "fryer", 1Gb fibre connection unlimited wifi, dishwasher, etc. Conservatory, patio, and well-maintained garden (with garden furniture and a barbecue) where bicycles can be kept.

No smoking in the house please (fine in the conservatory and garden). Not a party house. All is quiet, tidy, and clean.

5-10 minutes walk (less on bus) to Holloway Road Tube (Piccadilly Line) or Finsbury Park Tube/Rail (Victoria and Piccadilly Line) or Tufnell Park (Northern line). Buses (including night buses) from all over London stop at the end of the road or nearby.

Viewings possible at most times (you will probably meet more housemates in the evening or weekend).
