Wanted 3/4

Description

Hi we are currently looking to rent a 3/4 bedroom house in Northumberland preferably ashington, Blyth ,Morpeth , amble other areas will be considered. We are a family of 5 and have 2 English bulldogs who are brilliantly house trained and freinds also 15 year old cat who is also house trained and likes to chill in the yard at his old age haha .we are a clean respectful family who would love nothing more than somewhere we can calm home that is safe for our children . Myself I am currently claiming benefits and my children father is self employed and currently working a 2 years contract in amble .
Reasons for wanting to move is we have been served with section 8 grounds 2 due to repossession. The current rented property we are currently renting has some Catagory 1 and 2 Houseing repairs ongoing that don’t seem to be getting resolved even though environmental health have now escalated there notice . The house has recently failed electrical check as we have no working plug socket upstairs in children bedroom or lights that’s are lose ill fitted and damp/ mold all through the house prove of this can be provided if needed . We are currently band 1 with homefinder but have been told it’s going to between 1/4 years befor we will be rehoused through them as there is a lack of coucil Houseing . We can provide a months rent and bond also supporting evidence and bank statements if needed.
