I'm travelling for 3 months between January and March and looking for someone lovely, tidy and thoughtful to sublet my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (w/ bath and shower), split-level, first floor flat in the heart of Hove. Available for 3 MONTHS only, between January and April. The apartment is my main and only home with a refurbished kitchen (my pride and joy!), and renovated living room, so I will only be able to hand the keys over to someone who will take care of it and treat it as their own - I'd like a quick meet 'n' greet first. The flat is less than a 1-minute walk from a local shop, 5-min walk from high street shops, cafes and restaurants, under 10-min walk from Hove station and just over 10-min walk to the beach and there are nearby buses into Brighton every couple of minutes (5, 49, 7 etc) or it's a lovely 30-min walk along the seafront. Bills not included, no agencies please.
