Integrated electric oven with gas hob (bottled gas so no gas bill), washing machine, Economy electric heaters. You have your own post box. The bus stop into Brighton is at the end of the road and the village is a 12 minute walk. Bills are not included but are cheaper because the council tax and water bills are 50/50 and there’s no gas bill as the gas is bottled. The electricity standing charge is split 50/50 and you pay for what you use. Part furnished with a fridge freezer and washing machine and curtains, you’ll need to bring a bed.
This place is only suitable for someone who values a really quiet life. In the mornings there’s birdsong and no music or noise. The neighbours are very quiet and friendly. Single occupancy only. If that peaceful way of life sounds like you, please get in touch.
Can you please tell me about your working situation and how long you are looking to stay. I’m using an agent to conduct credit, background, employment and reference checks. Viewing will be next week in the 28th August.
