Parking in the premises
No pets. Smoking not allowed in the room but allowed on the outside lending, top of the stairs.
It is not a Bed Sit not a studio nor a room in a house.
The place is situated just off the A379, between Yealmpton and Modbury, 9 Miles from Plymouth.
Because of the rural situation a car or other transport facilities is highly recommended.
One Respectable, working adult will be considered.
Minimum letting one month, maximum four months for now but could be extended.
Letting is on a monthly basis payable in advance.
A deposit will be required, the amount will be according to the length of the stay
