Parking in the premises
No pets. Smoking not allowed in the room but allowed on the outside lending, top of the stairs.
It is not a Bed Sit, not a studio nor a room in a house; simply, just an independent furnished room with private access.
The place is situated just off the A379, between Yealmpton and Modbury, 9 Miles from Plymouth.
Because of the rural position, a car or other transport facilities is necessary.
One Respectable, working adult will be considered.
Minimum letting 4 weeks, maximum five months (26 weeks) for now but could be extended.
Letting is on a 4 weekly basis payable in advance.
A deposit of 150.00 is required in advance,
