Work will take place throughout August and September to make the room clean, safe and usable.

The successful tenant can access the room and begin preparing it as soon as an agreement is signed, with no rent payable until 1 October 2026.

The tenant is welcome to decorate, personalise and fit out the studio to suit their business at their own cost, subject to approval for any permanent alterations.
