I have been privately renting a house in Articlave for over 11 years, never missed a rent payment, clean,
tidy tenant. My Landlord is now selling the property & I am due to be evicted on the 25th June.
I'm a 59 yr old woman with ill health, have a wee 9 yr old small dog who just wants the quiet life with no bother, my boyfriend would also wish to move in with me if possible, any wee green space or garden would also be really appreciated, can anyone help PLEASE? I'm getting DESPERATE. would be interested in CASTLEROCK, ARTICLAVE, LIMAVADY, GARVAGH, BALLYMONEY, BALLYMENA, or COLERAINE. On benefts, Rent would be partly paid directly to Landlords account using the housing element of Universal Credit, I would be happy to pay the remainder, any help greatly appreciated.
