Description
Hi, I’m an international funded PhD student at Ulster University and I’m looking for 1-bedroom flat, or small house in Belfast from early October.
My budget is around £800 per month. I’m looking for the whole property, not a shared room. I’m a single occupant, non-smoker, with no pets.
I have guaranteed PhD funding for 3 years and can provide proof of stipend/income, university documents and references. I’m happy to sign a long-term tenancy (12 months min).
I would prefer to deal directly with a landlord if possible. Areas within reasonable walking, cycling or public transport distance to Ulster University Belfast campus are all considered.
