We are advertising for long term rental, a newly renovated one-bedroom flat on North Street in central St Andrews. This flat is decorated for multi-use - Airbnb/golfers/undergraduates.

The flat is in a fantastic central location on the second floor of a property in the traditional centre of St Andrews, in one of the well built solid stone houses. The flat is opposite the cinema/ the new Tiger Woods/ Justin Timberlake bar and very close to the university library. The flat has great views - either down North Street to St Salvator's chapel, or to the quiet gardens to the rear. It is also minutes walk from the 18th Green, the West Sands beach and central shops.

The flat is fully furnished. It has a large bedroom with a super king size bed (that can be split into two single beds). This is a large room that has a window seat area that has views down North Street, also a big desk and a separate small round table. It has big mirror-fronted cupboards.

This flat has a separate kitchen/seating area to the rear, which can also act as study space. The kitchen has an expensive kitchen-unit-sized noiseless fridge (a 100L absorption fridge, these are usually found in smaller versions in campers), and is equipped as an entertaining space for a few friends.

There is also a newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating, with new shower unit and a decorative mirror.

The flat has original local art and St Andrews prints. We hope this will create a positive and interesting space for those living here.

In the past guests have said they like the sense of being in central St Andrews with the fun views up and down North Street (where you see tourists, students returning from lectures and the occasional supercar), alongside the quiet room to the rear overlooking the gardens between North Street and Market Street.

The rental price is £1750pcm plus bills. The flat is available for next academic year. We would want the start date to coincide with when the existing tenant leaves (1st July).
