Hi looking to rent a house on a long term hopefully permanent tenancy.
We are older couple 70years and 60 years.
Been in the tenancy we are in now for 20 years,but due to owner unfortunately Selling we have to move
Rent always been paid on time straight to landlords account.
Landlord more than willing to give you references
Looking for maximum rent of £650
We also have a 4 year old dog well behaved and 1 of us is a smoker but will smoke outside.
We would keep you property inside and outside in prestige condition.
Looking for anywhere in Ayrshire.
