Description
This is a liveaboard boat that has been my home for seven years. Cosy and bright, this boat has hot and cold running water, electricity and is self-contained. It has a Bengco solid-fuel burner and lots of storage for its size and sleeps up to four. Currently on an extra nights contract with the marina. Spacious, private showers are free on the jetty. This is oak and iroko heartwood so requires maintenance. I'm selling the boat at £12,950 via Brighton Boat Sales, (ad called 'Norseman 30') monthly rent of berth is £515pcm and includes council tax.
