Hello,
I have a large double size room in a prestigious gated apartment in Chiswick.
The room has its own high standard en suite toilet and a new power shower cubicle that is private and exclusive.
A large table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 3 shelve units are in the room. You have a personal fridge in the room.
The room overlooks Kew Bridge on the 7th floor and has stunning views. It is located across the road to a Sainsburys local.
You get amazing riverside walks with pubs on the doorstep.
You get a trail that leads to Richmond Park.
The single occupancy weekly rent is £225
This is including wifi and all other bills.

The fully equipped kitchen is shared with 2 others. There is a microwave, fridge and freezer and usual stove/oven and washing machine/dryer. There is a small dining table, but not a big communal dinner. Not really for Prolific cooking.
There is a free gym for residents in the basement.
There is no formal communal lounge area, although my lounge area is a welcome space to flatmates.
Brentford Leisure centre is across the road, with 2 good pools and a great Gym.
Kew Bridge rail station is across the road and Gunnersbury tube on the district line is 8 minutes walk.
This is one of the most pleasant and safest areas in London.

I would do a minimum let of 4 months.
