Our cottage will be available to rent from mid September. 2 double bedrooms, one single. One bathroom with shower and bath. Large living room with log burner. Large kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.
New carpets through the upstairs very recently and wood flooring on the ground floor. Oil central heating. Small garden to the rear and easy parking at the front with electric car charging unit.
Abernethy is a great wee village just 12mins from Perth. The cottage is in the heart of the village and just 1min walk to the shop or the tea room (what else does anyone need?)
We have hens and rabbits in our own garden which connects to the cottage garden so it would not be suitable for a dog owner unfortunately.
