We provide accommodation to professionals and mature students in a large 25 bed property which is 20 minute's walk from Heartlands Hospital, 7 min train to Birmingham New Street Station and 12 min drive to Birmingham Airport.

Some of our tenants work in the medical sector either in Heartlands Hospital or surrounding hospitals.

We also have several other HMO (House of multiple occupancy) properties around Birmingham.
If you are looking for a different location in Birmingham, please ask.

Tenancy length
Usually, 6 months but we are happy to consider shorter term lets.

Cost & Advance
To move in we require the first month and last month rent to be paid.
At the end of your fixed period we require 30 days' notice if you wish to move out.
If you wish to stay your contract will continue monthly thereafter.
Monthly rent is to be paid on the 1st of each month.
No need for a guarantor. 

Couples: If you have a partner the cost for your partner to live with you is £50 per month.
Please note our accommodation is for adults only.

We have a variety of rooms in all shapes and sizes. The rental costs vary from £750 - £850 per month.

Bedrooms are provided without bedding. We can provide bedding, cups, plates and cutlery if needed. Please do ask and we will accommodate you the very best we can.
