We are now getting set to work abroad for a while, so our lovely 1 bed apartment is available for a short term let (initially 3-6 months) with the distinct possibility that it will be available for longer. The apartment is a 1 bed, 1 bath, top floor (8th floor) location, with a balcony with stunning views over north London and lots of natural light.

The property has been our own, so it has high quality furnishings throughout and is well decorated. The property comes fully furnished. We of course would like someone who would be a custodian of our home and would look after it like their own.

Location wise, the apartment is right next to Hornsey station (1 min walk). Hornsey station gets you into central London in 18 minutes, so for people working in the city (like I did) it is absolutely perfect. There is also the Piccadilly line a 10 minute walk away- again giving great access to London's hotspots. The true gem however is Crouch End, a short walk away with access to a lovely London suburban village with its excellent restaurants and shops. You also have Alexandra Palace on your doorstep, a park we always use during the summer or which is great for runs. There is also of course Arsenal FC (4 mins train ride away) and Spurs (15 min bus away) which is great for gigs or football.
