Hello everyone,
I'm moving out of my apartment in Clapham Junction on August 4th. I currently live with two roommates.
About the housemates: two girls, both 30. We have a good dynamic where we will spend time together but also have our own lives going on. We like to cook together, go to run clubs, go out, watch movies etc.
The apartment has two bathrooms, two toilets, one of which is en suite, a kitchen, and a spacious living room. Parking is also available if needed.
The location is ideal, just across the street from Clapham Common Park and a 15-20 minute walk from Clapham Common or Clapham Junction Station. The rent is £1,200 and utilities are around £130 per month. We also hire a cleaner for £48. Send me a message if you're interested 😊
