Description
End Studios renovates old buildings to rent as studios to bands, artists, creatives and small businesses.
We are looking for a part time maintenance / handy person:
- Semi-flexible, 2-3 days a week 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri)
- All-rounder preferred. Work involves plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, plastering, and manual labour.
- Currently working across three city centre sites (Washington Street and North Street)
- Possibility of more / full-time work for the right candidate
- Must be self-employed or CIS registered
- Own tools
- Must drive
- Report to the buildings manager for work
- Day rate pay negotiable based on proficiency
