Constructed to last, these planters are crafted from Aluzinc® which is a long-lasting material consisting of carbon steel entirely enveloped by a specially crafted alloy blend of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. This outer layer acts as a shield, safeguarding the inner steel from environmental factors and ensuring the planters remain impervious to rust and frost. This versatility makes them suitable for year-round use, whether indoors or outdoors. They are powder-coated to ensure long-lasting quality. While Aluzinc shares a similar appearance on the surface to bright, 'spangled' galvanized steel, it boasts superior strength and longevity.

The drainage hole in the base enables effective water retention, preventing the planters from getting waterlogged and ensuring the wellbeing of your plants. We recommend filling the bottom 2 to 4 inches (5cm to 10cm) with stones or gravel and the remainder with good quality soil or compost. This will ensure the soil can drain when watered.

Both planters are in very good condition. The rim of one planter is slightly bent at the top but we do not believe this detracts from the planter's overall appearance (see photos). From a smoke and pet free home.
