This company/person still owes me and my family money we won when we took him to court for breach of contract, negligence and leaving our bathroom in an unusable state for weeks! Will never come to an agreement, turns up whenever he wants and doesn’t let you know when he’s coming or going, very very disappointed with this service. We had to find someone to do our bathroom for us. Do not pay him 50% upfront! He removes all of the bad reviews and only leaves on the good ones. He also told the courts he isn’t even working yet still has reviews and still posts on next door so take from that what you will.

My flat roof above my bedroom window started to leak in my room, during the heavy downpour on Tuesday night. I contacted my insurance the next morning, who couldn't help! Long story short VTR where recommended to me. I contacted them and was advised someone would come out ASAP to take a look and advise on what could be done. Someone came, and advised it could be repaired. It's now Friday and my flat roof has been fixed. The man was very polite and friendly. He even took photos of the flat roof before and after so I could see his work. I am very happy as I couldn't afford to have any more rain damage. I would highly recommend. Thank you VTR. I would upload the photos but I couldn't work out how to do it!
