Emergency breakdown with vulnerabke kids Called around to get quotes Spoke to sam and told him my circumstances He gave me the best advice and quotes The lads came out 2 days later and done me a tremendous job Thank you so much guys Especially from the kids and thanks for the treats sam Will see you guys again for the annual service

DO NOT USE! Installed a new boiler which stopped working after 2 hours. Refused to come back stating ‘I did my job by installing it, if it’s faulty call the manufacturer’. Point blank refused to take any responsibility and have been left with no heating and hot water. Absolute cowboys.

Just had a new boiler fitted by these guys & could not be happier. Sam & his crew were very efficient & have done a fantastic job.Every area cleaned after & wouldn't even know they had been. Would definitely recommend & will be having it serviced by them annually.

Had a replacement boiler fitted by Sam and his team from NPG to replace a failed combi boiler in our rental. Service was absolutely class from start to finish. Sent a few details and pictures across and very quickly received a few options with details of what was included as part of the price. Sam then gave me a call a bit later to chat through the options. Paid a deposit and confirmed an install date. Turn around was pretty quick and this was followed up the night before the install and then as agreed in they came. Very informative and knowledgeable crew. Got us bang up to date with the install carried out to accommodate new regs and a nice new cert. New filter fitted and tidied up the pipe work and cables too! Paperwork and tidy up completed they didn’t just ride off Sam is still in touch. Top service and very highly recommended. Look forward to my boiler service and recert next year! Pics of the both the old and new boiler don’t really do them justice as door access was limited!!

I would definitely recommend Sam and his two workers who came out to install a new Worcester Greenstar 4000 boiler.. They gave us a good price and their workmanship is excellent. They were really friendly to deal with and cleaned up any mess before leaving the house. Sam really went out of his way to get this boiler installed for our family..
