I highly recommend Hassan. He is one of the most honest and professional Gas Safe engineers I have met. He spent almost two full days trying everything possible to repair my old boiler. He carefully diagnosed the fault, replaced the circulation pump, cleaned the components, flushed the system and worked tirelessly without taking shortcuts. Unfortunately, because the boiler had a serious internal problem, it could not be repaired. What impressed me the most was his honesty and integrity. Even though he spent many hours working, he only charged me for the replacement part and refused to charge any labour because he couldn't fully fix the boiler. That level of professionalism is very rare. He also left everything clean and tidy before leaving and kept me updated throughout the process. Although I eventually had to replace my old boiler, I have nothing but respect for Hassan and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy heating engineer.
