Richard is a very proffesional and prompt contractor. Always available to reply to enquires. Honest and do not try to make up unnecessary work. His prices are resonable. Especially for repair work. I would highly recommend him to anyone , especially for landlords who has no time to deal with issues directly. The main thing, he is very trustworthy and easy to contact and look out for your best interest.
