We had a water leak in our kitchen and it has impacted our downstairs neighbour. Bertug was quick to respond with fair prices. Although he came very quickly he did not charge us a premium. He did a good job and was very patient to explain everything to us. We live in central London (EC1) with limited parking and congestion charges. He was happy to accommodate to this by taking public transport instead. Overall, very happy with the experience. He is genuine and fair with his prices.
