Tv fell off wall, left holes in wall said would come back and fix, he then wasn’t well, I said come back when feeling better, has never appeared

I had just moved into a new house and found a lot of problems with my house. Jim responded to me at midnight and arrived the next day to fix everything. He was extremely kind, professional and quick, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Jim arrived at the arranged time. Came in and was friendly and hung the TV quickly whilst chatting away. He brought his own Henry hoover to tidy up any mess he made. He charged the quoted price which I was happy to pay for hanging the TV and also provided the type of bracket I had asked for. Would recommend to anyone needing their tv on the wall.

Jim is a top rate professional. First he came and surveyed the job after responding by 'phone, and we discussed my requirement, the best way to achieve it, the price and the 'when'. JIm's price was very much in line with others so although price was a factor I went with his quote because I felt confident that he'd do what he said he would. On the day, Jim turned up when he said he would and just got on with the work. His own work was extremely organised and he also 'tidied up' previous wiring around the consumer unit. You can tell from the way he left the installation Jim's worked on industry projects where accuracy and precision are major factors. To top it off Jim's also a very nice guy - it was pleasure to meet him and I'd have no hesitation in calling him again for future work.
