Negative =cost: unclear pricing; told £47.50/£57.50 per half-hour dependant upon need for use of power tools. Actual cost was both sums, + VAT totalling £126 which, despite assertions from the company that their pricing is clearly explained, was a shock. However the speed of response. Positive = speedy response, availability and communication re. ETA. Good job, successfully navigated but with hindsight, a power wash of my drains may have been sufficient & could have done myself!

The two man team carrying out the work were great but I was told it was a lone engineer who was attending but they sent 2 men and I was charged for both which was unexpected and very costly. Very disappointed

I feel disappointed with the work done by OneFlow Drainage to clear my drains. Not only did the same drains become blocked again less than 3 months later, but OneFlow Drainage cost 3 times that of the new company who cleared the drains yesterday. I was suspicious of the actions of OneFlow Drainage. 1) They said I needed new pipes installed at a cost of approximately £3500, due to roots in the pipes. The new company found no roots in the pipes with their camera. 2) I was suspicious, at the time, that the camera view of the roots was a video of someone else’s pipes, and not mine; statement 1) confirms this possibility. 3) The sewage engineer from OneFlow Drainage was immaculately dressed, not in work clothes, and top-toed around the wet path and drain cover. My suspicion, considering the above comments is that OneFlow Drainage wanted to make a ‘ fast buck’, with very little interest, knowledge, dedication, professionalism or idea of service. When I paid OneFlow Drainage it was to another company. When I queried it the engineer said they had just changed their name. I asked for proof from Companies House and a copy of a certificate was sent to me, signed the day that the work was carried out; this was suspicious. My bank confirmed that the old company name was genuine and led me to believe that they were trading on the name of a stolen company. I am sending this review to protect prospective customers.
