Full Flame Boiler Service - Expert Vaillant Turbo Max Repairs.

John is the best possible engineer you could get – reasonable, explains everything very clearly and very knowledgeable. I called John after being quoted 4.3k by Pimlico Plumbers to put in a new boiler (and told I needed various other services). John was able to diagnose my issue through Whatsapp photos, and visited twice to fix my boiler. He showed me what he was doing, explained how various mechanisms in the boiler worked and gave me lots of advice about how to make sure the boiler continued to work. He also explained a lot of different things about how to keep my gas bills down, how the mechanisms between different parts of my apartment (radiators/showers/etc) all worked and what I could do to make sure everything was working efficiently. Through it all, he was reassuring about the issues I was having with the boiler, and made sure that I was completely aware of what was happening. John clearly cares a lot about his work + knows a lot about it too. He also has a lot of integrity and is very fair and upfront about what he charges, how much things cost and what you should not be paying for. I can't recommend him enough!

Highly recommend John at Full Flame. Another engineer had serviced my boiler last time and said it needed expensive repairs but refused to carry them out based on it being 20 years old - clearly trying to get me to pay for a new boiler. Was recommended John by another installer on the basis that he is a specialist on Vaillant boilers and is always happy to carry out repairs. Had john round this morning to service the boiler, he found only minor repairs needed and was quick, friendly and informative throughout (and reasonably priced).

John has serviced our boiler for the past four years and has always done a splendid job for us and explained any problems we have encountered. He is a wonderfully friendly and helpful technician. We experienced a crisis with our Vaillant over the weekend and contacted John for help. He spent much of his free time on a Sunday talking things through and telling us what action to take whilst all the time staying on the line. With his help we solved the problem and our boiler is now working once again. We know of no other technician who would go out his way to such an extent over a weekend to help his customers.
