This hardy perennial iris has lovely purple flowers in may -june , height to approx 3ft and slowly makes a nice sized clump. easy to grow, sunny position in well drained soil, can also be grown in margins of ponds if you plant in pond plant container in aquatic soil, currently growing in my own made peat free and organic compost
