This Cyperus Glaber Papyrus is a perennial which forms a basal clump of grass-like thick pointed leaves.
The flowering stems are topped with up to eight dense clusters of flowering colourful pale green rosettes in springtime,then in late summer when seeding,turn to as in picture.With up to eight dense clusters of flowers arising from the joints of each of these leaves, resembling spokes of an upturned umbrella.
