Description
Nice Yamaha upright with a fairly mellow tone for what are usually bright sounding pianos. Medium touch. Well looked after as you can see from the internal condition in pictures (came from a good home). Not overly played in. Made in Japan not like some of the more recent ones made in Jakarta (with 'J 'prefix on serial no) etc.
Has a nice light Mahogany finish to casing. Similar to E108/ M108 or M5J in design.
Has been recently tuned to concert pitch and is all in good working order. Tuning pins are tight in plank and hold well. Also has the rarer third pedal for quiet practice (celeste muting felt).
Very heavy for its size so they must have used very good quality wood on this one!
I'm a piano teacher and do some small time trade in pianos so these are all guaranteed against any faults. Such as loose tuning pins/ broken strings/ cracks in soundboard or plate/ pedal functionality etc.
