On lower ground floor. Access via back garden. Back door step. 2/3 steps down garden path or possibility of putting a ramp down the garden lawn. Height restriction to residential parking but a medium van eg Vauxhall Vivaro can access. Exact dimensions to entrance on request. Otherwise, parking just outside residential parking area and wheeling to larger van.
