Description
Car starts and drives every time. Needs a little attention.
Comes with a full tank of Petrol.
There are two engine lights on and a service light also. Diagnostic computer states there is an open circuit on cylinder 2, code P0202. This is the only fault showing on the computer.
This causes the car to misfire. If driven for some time it goes into limp mode, restricting the power to limit engine damage. It is advised to have it recovered if you need to use a motorway to get home.
My mechanic has asked for payment to find the issue, however I cannot afford to find the issue and repair it at this time.
It may be a simple fix or a time consuming one for a mechanic, however I doubt it is an expensive fix. I have recently had the timing belt changed at 104k miles and car is currently at 106 so it has a great deal of life. The oil is also regulary topped up. It comes with 2 keys and is HPI clear. Need to sell as I cannot park at home as I need the parking permit for my new car.
