Description

I operate as a joint trader with my husband and believe in providing a service on a 1:1 basis or 2:1 if there are two pets or more . Our service provides care in their own homes or solo dog walking. I do not board in my home but can pet sit in animals own homes. Have many clients who are very happy with these arrangements. Will carry out up to 2 hours dog walking depending on age, size or needs of the dog.
I established my business over 3 years ago and recently taken up partnership with my husband, Neil but throughout our lives we have looked after my own precious pets. We have been proud owners of a 10 year old greyhound called Paddy who we adopted just over 4 years ago from The Dogs Trust. He has been a racer and with care and patience we helped him settle into his “retirement home”! Sadly he passed away in October 2024.If you look on my photos you will see how he settled to home life. We have recently adopted another retired greyhound called Ronald who has settled nicely into our home. His photo is also on my profile. We have also owned a beautiful Staffordshire Bull Terrier who sadly passed 5 years ago.I have also owned two mixed breed terriers and a German Shepherd cross with a Border Collie. When I was growing up we always had dogs. This has led to my love of dogs and to follow my dream of setting up a Dog Walking and Pet Sitting business. I have recently passed my Diploma in Pet Sitting and Dog walking and am working towards a certificate in Pet First Aid. My husband also holds this certificate.
Due to a growing business I am considering employing an assistant. I have employed my Husband Neil Sinclair and my son Andy and are fully covered by my insurance. They are both fully experienced in dog walking ,Sitting and care of dogs.
