We are a Care and Autism service offering a wide range of support — no need is too big or too small. With over 80 dedicated carers, we provide domiciliary care, mental health and emotional support, cleaning, social outings, and accompaniment to appointments. Whatever your needs, with Leading Care Lancashire, we will support you every step of the way.

We understand that many care companies try to fit everyone into the same box — we don’t. We take a truly person-centred approach. Whether it’s a small amount of cleaning that would make life easier, or full support with personal care, medication, and understanding your daily routines, we tailor our services around you.

From your first point of contact, you will meet Debbie, who will support you in achieving your personal goals. With over 20 years’ experience, Debbie is on hand to answer enquiries, offer expert advice, and signpost you to the right services to ensure you get exactly what you need.
We are a dedicated, inclusive team, and we plan daily outings for our clients. We support individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and Asperger’s, arranging community activities with fully insured carers so we can safely get out and about together. Many of our service users tell us they only wish they had found us sooner. We are a company that genuinely cares — not only about our service users, but also about building strong, supportive relationships with their families.
