My puppy and I have just finished our initial 3 session puppy training, it’s been 15 years since I have had a puppy and it’s amazing how much I had forgotten. The 1-1 training was so helpful for an excitable pup and a rusty owner! Alex has been great and is super calm and patient with both of us! I have a lot of really good training tips to work on with my pup but most of all I have the confidence to try them out. Alex also posts the most amazing video’s to recap sessions these are really helpful. Thanks Alex I’m sure we will be in touch again. I would really recommend Alex to any new pup owner or with difficult behaviour with older dogs.

We came to Alex to get help with our dog’s overly protective behaviours. Alex was able to clearly identify and explain the root-cause of the behaviours. He worked with us over several months, introducing a number of practical steps to help address the problem. He was able to adjust the approach we were taking based off our week-to-week progress to ensure positive results were being achieved. It has now been a few months since we finished working with Alex and we are really happy with the end result - our dog is far better behaved within the house and, as a bonus, she even walks to heel on the lead now. Highly recommend.

When we struggled with our 10 month old working cocker spaniel puppy’s lead pulling, chewing carpet and stealing food, a friend recommended Alex of 101 Dog Solutions. Alex quickly arranged a first home visit and right away worked with us to change the way we approached our dog’s behaviour. That was transformative! His patience and knowledge are amazing. He’s also helping us with our 6 year old Labrador to overcome fear of strangers. Alex’s communication is brilliant, texting to check in on progress and offering helpful advice. I highly recommend Alex - we are so grateful for his help and dog walking is now a pleasure!

Alex was amazing from 101- super knowledgable, calm and collected. Actually worked alot with us as owners rather than with Pip, and we established the deep Rooted problem areas- have caught up since and felt support from Alex! Thanks so much for changing our stubborn, four year old bulldog!
