So pleased I contacted bark! Working with James & Lorna has been a godsend. I look after my sons 18month old golden retriever regularly. Lorna’s training on his walks have made it a pleasure to take him out, he is much more controllable on the lead, and we now have the information on how to control him in any given situation. My Jackopoo and I have both learned a lot from our time with Beta Dogs UK. We requested their help in June, as my dog has a highly anxious nature and I lacked the experience to deal with this. The Beta Dogs team work with us since the first meeting has been terrific. Their advice, in sessions, via email and in their written report has been consistent, clear and comprehensible. Difficult messages to the dog owner are delivered politely, with sensitivity and good explanation. Having tried other training approaches, without doubt, this has been the most effective for us , with the benefits for my dog and I being noticed by others, even after the first session. Beta Dogs are a highly professionsal, experienced, caring team who work to ensure their clients, human and dogs, have their lives enriched. I highly recommend them.
