Ujwala is incredibly knowledgeable and truly understands dogs, and it shows in the way she handles them. She boarded and trained our 4-year-old high-energy Labrador, Deano, and did a fantastic job. He got plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, and was always comfortable and well looked after. We were kept updated every single day with photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Deano was treated like family—not just by Ujwala, but also by her dog, Copper, who welcomed him like an older sibling and helped him settle in right away. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, safe home for their pet while they’re away. We’ve already booked Deano’s next stay with her! A big thank you for everything.

I cannot recommend dog trainer Ujwala Viswanath highly enough. Before we started training together, my dog was terrified of leaving the house to go out on walks, due to having a negative association which had not always been an issue but was one which had gradually been developing overtime. Walks had become a constant struggle, she’d freeze on the pavement, refuse to move, and any progress felt impossible. I was stressed, worried, and honestly starting to lose hope. From the very first session, Ujwala not only understood my dog’s walking-based fears but also taught me leash-pressure, recall, confidence-building exercises and techniques, all of which were a game-changer. For the first time, I felt like I had real tools to help my dog. We even worked on desensitisation to fireworks, something I’d dreaded every year around fireworks season. Ujwala handled every challenge with so much patience and skill, and also offered practical recommendations, from training leads and LED ring collars for night walks to vibration collars and trackers for off-lead walks, and sent videos of progress. The transformation has been remarkable. My dog, who once couldn’t step out the front door without shutting down, now walks with curiosity, ease, and growing confidence. Her progress has been amazing to watch, and honestly, I feel like I have grown right alongside her. I feel more in control, more knowledgeable, and more connected to my dog, just as I did before the issues began.

UJ’s such a responsible and capable dog trainer — I always feel totally at ease leaving Snow with her. Snow gets loads of exercise and plenty of time around other dogs, and her social skills just keep getting better and better. Honestly, UJ’s fantastic. Highly recommend!

We’ve tried a couple of dog trainers before, but none of them felt like the right fit, until now. From the very beginning, we saw real, noticeable changes in our dog, and it honestly felt like such a relief. It’s amazing to finally have a trainer we trust completely. Being able to go away and know our dog is truly well cared for has been life-changing. All of his needs are not only met but exceeded. He gets long walks, plenty of socialization with other dogs, and consistent training, all while having the best time. The board-and-train has been incredible for both him and us. We couldn’t be happier with the progress he’s made, and we wouldn’t go with any other dog trainer. Highly recommend!
