We contacted Claire after deciding to allow our beautiful Cockapoo ‘Bonnie’ to have a litter of pups. It’s always a concern when trying to find the right breeder, who has both the knowledge and patience to help with the whole process. Chief concern to us was that Bonnie would be ok throughout and would hopefully go on to produce a litter of puppies. We needn’t had been concerned. Claire has been amazing from the very moment we first made contact on the phone, right the way through the birth of the litter and the continued help and support Claire is able to offer. Claire clearly loves what she does and has a real bond with our Bonnie. Claire was on hand when Bonnie began to give birth to her puppies and we were really glad she was. We wouldn’t have had a clue and having someone there with the experience, expertise and I was an absolute asset. As each puppy was born, Claire gave them the initial help and support they needed, recorded their time of birth and weight. Once we were sure Bonnie had finished, Claire stayed with us for a couple of hours more to check all was ok. Before Claire left we were given full instructions on caring for our litter of 5 beautiful puppies. Almost 4 weeks since giving birth to her puppies, Bonnie is a very proud mum. Thanks to Claire’s continued help and advice, Bonnie’s puppies are thriving and are a very content litter, full of fun and energy. We can only describe things at home as 15 minutes of utter chaos when the puppies are awake, feeding, playing and not to mention the toilet stuff,followed by a clean of the whelping box, change of bedding and then relax whilst they’re all fast asleep. We can never thank Claire enough for all the help, advice and support that she’s given to us and we would absolutely recommend the services that Claire has to offer. We bought a puppy from Claire and loved every step of the process! We're first time dog parents, but Claire welcomed us into her home on several occasions before we brought Bonnie home which have us a chance to really get to know mum and dad, plus we could ask questions! Claire is passionate about these pups, they are very lucky to have her! We'll be back to see Claire for nail clips and grooms before long... for now we've got a beautiful (exhausting) puppy to play with!

I would recommend pup central very highly. She has helped us with so many things, nothing is ever too much trouble. Claire has become a good friend. Very professional very knowledgeable and so helpful with everything. We can't thank her enough. 😀

Claire is amazing at what she does and puts her heart and soul into the pups! Any questions or tips she is there to help, when we chose Pup central we didn't know what to expect but she welcomed us with open arms and allowed us to be really involved with our puppy Ollie, watch him grow and into an incredible puppy. She updated us and sent lots of videos and pictures too of every milestone, she has a heart of gold 🩷 even the day when we came to collect Ollie she gave us a sweet little puppy package with every but of information on the background of her dogs too. Thank you so much Claire we really couldn't of gone with a better person ♥️
