They miss booking twice in a row in two days. Second day, they made us to come shop by phone call and they said they r full and asked us to leave with very rude tone. Its funny they still charge miss appointment fee Even th they dont pay to client when they miss appointment And also very rude

staff was very rude. and also groomer inside i don't feel safe to leave my dog there alone for 2~3hours. for me , safety is the most important matter for groomers so i left. guys check the fact that people who will take care of ur dog is nice or not first its important then location and price.
