Large, sturdy wooden rabbit hutch with attached wire run area, ideal for providing plenty of space and room to exercise.

Condition: Good, solid structure throughout. Felt roof is fully intact. Fairy lights along front.
Minor cosmetic paint wear on the exterior as expected from outdoor use.
Does need a full clear out and wash down, potential repaint and stairs adding to upper floor. I have cleaned it out and used pet friendly disinfected spray but wiring may need to come off and be cleaned thoroughly.
