We build completely bespoke, fully planted bioactive vivariums, individually designed around your animals, your available space and the look you want to create.

Every commission is designed with you, not simply built and handed over. During the build we can share photographs and videos and discuss everything from the background and wood placement to individual plants, climbing routes, hides and equipment.

TWO WAYS TO COMMISSION YOUR VIVARIUM

1. BESPOKE EURO VIVARIUM

For the ultimate build, we can have the glass vivarium itself made to your requirements.

Particularly suited to dart frogs and small tropical amphibians, with fine ventilation to help retain tiny feeder insects and provide excellent humidity control.

Almost every aspect can be customised – dimensions, ventilation, background, planting, hardscape and equipment.

2. OFF-THE-SHELF VIVARIUM – BESPOKE INTERIOR

A more affordable alternative.

We start with a quality commercially available glass vivarium and transform it into a completely unique Frogfather bioactive habitat.

This option is particularly good for tree frogs, geckos and species that benefit from greater ventilation, while allowing more of your budget to go into the planting, hardscape and equipment rather than bespoke glasswork.

Optional upgrades include automated or Wi-Fi misting, plant lighting, species-appropriate UVB, premium planting, specimen plants, feature wood, water features and environmental monitoring.

We don't believe the most expensive option is automatically the best one. We will recommend the type of vivarium that best suits the animals you intend to keep.

Typical build time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

❌ Due to their weight, glass, live plants and established substrate, completed vivariums cannot be sent through the normal parcel network.
